1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in China.

Orders containing wholesale quantities, pre-order items, or products requiring additional shipping review may need extra processing time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders using reliable international logistics partners. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will depend on your destination country or region, order weight, product type, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days Express International Shipping: 3–10 business days, where available Wholesale or bulk orders: delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, product quantity, and shipping method

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, or destination-country restrictions may affect the final delivery time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, shipping method, and product type.

Any free shipping promotions, if available, will be shown on the website or at checkout. Free shipping may not apply to wholesale orders, remote areas, oversized parcels, dangerous goods surcharges, or destinations with special carrier restrictions.

5. Gel Nail Polish & Shipping Restrictions

Some nail products, including gel nail polish, liquids, primers, removers, or other chemical-based beauty products, may be subject to carrier, airline, customs, or dangerous goods regulations.

Because of this:

• Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries or regions.
• Some orders may require special packaging, documentation, or a different shipping method.
• Some orders may be split into multiple parcels.
• We may contact you if your order cannot be shipped to your selected destination.
• If we are unable to ship your order due to carrier or customs restrictions, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.

Please do not request false product descriptions, undervalued invoices, or incorrect customs declarations. Rose Younai ships orders with accurate product information in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their local authorities.

If a parcel is delayed by customs, Rose Younai will help provide available shipping information, but we cannot control customs processing times or guarantee customs release.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. For international shipments, tracking may update slowly while the parcel is in transit between countries.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes:

• Apartment, building, room, or unit number
• City, state/province, postal code
• Country/region
• Phone number

Rose Younai is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any reshipping fees.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 Tage nach Lieferung and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the shipping label

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution according to the situation.

Rose Younai is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier service interruptions, incorrect addresses, unpaid customs duties, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
