At Rose Younai, we carefully pack every order to help your nail products arrive safely. Shipping Protection gives your order an extra layer of support in case your package is lost, damaged in transit, or affected by a verified delivery issue.

Shipping Protection applies only to eligible Rose Younai orders placed on our official website.

What Shipping Protection Covers

Shipping Protection may cover:

Lost packages If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, or the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will help review your case and arrange an eligible solution.

Damaged items in transit If your items arrive damaged because of shipping handling, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the outer package, shipping label, damaged packaging, and damaged items.

Wrong or missing items If your package arrives with an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of everything you received.

Carrier delivery issues If tracking shows a delivery issue and your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout, we will help investigate with the carrier and provide an eligible resolution where applicable.

What Is Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not cover:

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

Packages refused by the customer or returned because of unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, or failure to collect the package.

Normal carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or peak-season delays.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or affected by improper storage or misuse.

Color differences caused by screen display settings, lighting, or personal preference.

Buyer’s remorse, order mistakes, or choosing the wrong color, size, quantity, or product.

Manufacturing defects or product quality issues unrelated to shipping damage. These will be handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Claim Timeframe

For damaged, wrong, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Replacement shipment Refund to the original payment method Store credit Partial refund, depending on the situation

Replacement availability depends on current stock. If the same item or shade is unavailable, we may offer a comparable item, store credit, or refund.

Some nail products may require special packing, labeling, or shipping arrangements depending on the destination country, product type, and carrier rules. For safety and compliance, some orders may be split into multiple packages or shipped by specific carrier services.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale or bulk orders, shipping protection, claims, replacements, and refunds may be handled according to the invoice, quotation, or agreed trade terms. Please contact our team before placing a bulk order if you need additional shipping coverage.
