Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rose Younai. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our nail products. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Rose Younai is operated by Qianrui Younai E-commerce Co., Ltd.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging;
  • in the same condition as received;
  • complete with all accessories, gifts, labels, manuals, and original packaging;
  • accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or payment receipt.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened, used, tested, swatched, or partially used nail products;
  • gel polish, builder gel, base coat, top coat, nail liquids, removers, primers, oils, or other liquid/gel products once opened;
  • products with broken seals, missing caps, damaged labels, or altered packaging;
  • nail tools or accessories that have been used or contaminated;
  • custom, private-label, wholesale, bulk, clearance, final-sale, promotional, or gift items, unless defective;
  • items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, exposure to heat/light, or failure to follow product instructions.

Due to the nature of nail and cosmetic products, opened items cannot be resold or safely returned to inventory.

3. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue;
  • a brief description of the problem.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. If the issue was caused by our error, Rose Younai will cover the reasonable return or reshipping cost.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, we may accept a return only if the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and approved within the return window.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;
  • original shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • customs duties, taxes, import fees, and handling fees are non-refundable;
  • we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

If you wish to exchange an eligible unopened item for a different color, product, or quantity, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier.

Wholesale, bulk, custom, private-label, pre-order, and made-to-order orders may not be cancelled after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packed. We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, or rejected due to insufficient packaging, incorrect address information, or unpaid customs/taxes.

9. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process the refund after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Refunds may exclude:

  • original shipping fees;
  • return shipping fees;
  • customs duties, taxes, and import fees;
  • payment processing fees where non-refundable by the payment provider;
  • discounts, coupons, or promotional amounts.

If a returned item is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resellable condition, we may refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs duties/taxes, or customer refusal, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, customs charges, and related costs.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages, if approved, will be issued only after the package is safely returned to us and inspected.

11. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are prepared based on the customer’s purchase requirements and may involve larger quantities, special pricing, or custom arrangements.

Unless the products are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, wholesale and bulk orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing wholesale items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

12. Product Color and Appearance

We do our best to display product colors and textures accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, application method, nail base color, curing lamp, and other usage conditions.

Minor color differences, texture variations, or packaging updates are not considered defects unless the product is materially different from what was ordered.

13. Allergies, Sensitivities, and Product Use

Please read all product labels, instructions, ingredient information, and warnings before use.

Nail products should be used only as directed. Stop using the product immediately if irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs. Rose Younai is not responsible for reactions caused by misuse, improper application, failure to follow instructions, or known sensitivities to cosmetic or nail product ingredients.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
